Opportunity overview
ATIZ is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified subcontractors, trades and suppliers to support the delivery of a major air-conditioning and energy-efficiency program across approximately 3,000 properties throughout New South Wales.
The program includes a range of air-con installation, electrical upgrades, ceiling insulation, door seal installation, minor building repair, finishing and energy-efficiency works. ATIZ is inviting businesses with the appropriate experience, licences, workforce capacity and regional coverage to participate in the tender process.
Businesses may express interest in one or multiple service categories and geographic zones.
Services and suppliers required
We are seeking subcontractors and suppliers capable of providing one or more of the following:
- Electrical works
- Air-conditioning installations
- Patching and painting
- Brickwork and wall repairs
- Carpet and vinyl patching
- Door-seal installation
- Ceiling insulation
- Materials and equipment supply
- Other relevant building, installation and energy-efficiency products or services
Program locations
Zone 2
Murray River, Edward River, Wagga Wagga, Hay, Bland, Griffith, Lachlan, Leeton and Narrandera
Zone 3
Newcastle, North Coast, Brisbane Waters and Central Coast
Zone 4
Clarence Valley, Kyogle, Lismore and Richmond Valley
Zone 5
Cootamundra and Queanbeyan
Tenderers may nominate one or more zones depending on their operational coverage and available capacity.
