Our Projects
ASBESTOS WORKS
Our licensed team provides Class B (non-friable) asbestos removal services across NSW and South Australia with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and care for occupants.

We strictly follow all SafeWork NSW and SafeWork SA regulations, ensuring each project is carried out in full compliance with the Code of Practice for the Safe Removal of Asbestos. All work is supported by comprehensive documentation, including:

  • Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
  • Asbestos Removal Control Plans (ARCP)
  • Clearance Certificates by independent assessors

Our experienced professionals are trained to manage asbestos risks with zero compromise on safety. We implement dust suppression, secure containment zones, air monitoring (if required), and meticulous clean-up to ensure the area is safe for reoccupation.

We work closely with tenants, property managers, and owners to minimise disruption, keeping all stakeholders informed and protected throughout the process. Whether it's a single wall sheet or full cladding replacement, your health and compliance are our top priorities.

Landscape & External Upgrade
ATIZ Group was engaged by Bridge Housing to deliver a comprehensive landscape and external upgrade at 2 Victoria Road, Glebe. The project improved safety, accessibility, and amenity across this multi-unit complex through stormwater and sewer upgrades, concrete replacement, new fencing and balustrades, retaining wall works, and extensive landscaping. Communal facilities such as clotheslines and carparking were also upgraded. All works met current BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards. Delivered on time and on budget, the project enhanced functionality, reduced maintenance risks, and created greener, more liveable outdoor spaces for tenants.
Non-Electrical Civil and Structural Maintenance Ausgrid
Non-electrical civil and structural maintenance services were delivered across live Ausgrid substations and operational sites throughout Sydney, under strict safety and compliance protocols. Works included structural repairs, facility upgrades, new substation building construction, and general building maintenance within high-voltage environments. All tasks adhered to Ausgrid’s safety standards for non-electrical works, ensuring seamless execution with zero incidents. The program improved asset performance, supported network reliability, and was completed with minimal operational disruption and full compliance with WHS and Ausgrid requirements.
